Happy last week of school!
My challenge for you this summer is to put down the iPad and play! Go to the parks, ride your bike, dance, walk the dog, go for a hike, practice some yoga, play tag in the backyard, create an obstacle course in the backyard...anything to have fun and get your heart beating!
